Boathouse Grille:
This project entailed renovating an existing restaurant. The venue had a group of loyal patrons but the owner wanted to expand the appeal without losing his regulars. The redesign focused on creating a memorable and visually engaging experience while keeping the restaurant family friendly and accessible. Careful attention was paid to acoustics and lighting to create a comfortable
setting. An “under-sea” sculpture garden was created in the lobby with the help of Chris Williams Sculpture. Marine and architectural salvage was incorporated to add some separation between the bar area and the more family-oriented dining. A custom bar top was styled after the deck construction of classic wood yachts.
