The asset of trees within a view – A new deck was built and then the trees were pruned after, in response to the desired sight lines. This preserved all the trees and created a lacy, protective screen through which the vast expanse of marsh can be viewed. Trust in the process created a rich and successful outcome, when originally it was thought the trees should be removed prior to building the deck.
