Construction Process

We support you and guide you through the construction process. We offer a full range of construction administration services, which can extend from helping you find a contractor who suits your particular needs and matches your style of working, to overseeing the most minute construction details and administrative tasks.  Many of our clients put us in charge of their projects while they are living in distant areas of the country or the world. We can create a process where you can have minimal involvement in the construction or be a daily, key participant in the process. We can also help you identify the portions of the project in which you are most invested. We then help you set up a construction process that matches these expectations.

 

Our philosophy at Poore and Company is that the contractor is an integral member of the team. We understand the construction process and have a broad array of construction skills ourselves. It is our observation that most construction issues arise from incomplete or improper communication. We proactively strive to foster good communication

between the owner, the contractor, and Poore and Company to create more clearly matched expectations and thereby create a smoother construction process.
